Case Review
Case Reviews are an ideal option for out-of-state patients to receive customized health recommendations.
Each case review offers in-depth analysis of your medical records and history, as well as a comprehensive list of recommendations to support your health and assist in coordinating care with a provider in your state of residence. Most case reviews take 1-2 hours to complete, the exact time will vary depending on the density of your medical records. Case reviews are conducted by SageMED’s owner and Medical Director Dr. Sage Wheeler.
