About Phi-Lan Nguyen, L.A.c., EAMP

Phi-Lan Nguyen is a licensed Acupuncturist and East Asian Medicine Practitioner, and owner of Zen Attitude acupuncture. She discovered her passion for acupuncture after witnessing firsthand the profound impact it can have on a patients quality of life. After Phi Lan’s mother suffered from her third stroke, her recovery plateaued until she began acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture helped her mother regain mobility, the ability to clearly verbally communicate, and restored her quality of life.

Phi Lan received dual Masters of Science degrees in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University in 2010. She spent over 1350 clinical hours at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, Harborview Medical Center, and at Providence Mt. St. Vincent’s Nursing Center.

As an acupuncturist, Phi Lan’s focus is on effectively increasing her patients quality of life. Her areas of interest include neurological conditions, multiple sclerosis (MS), chronic pain, and prenatal acupuncture. Phi Lan welcomes any issue patients may be experiencing, and focuses on treating each patient as a whole not symptomatically. Her treatments may include a blend of acupuncture, cupping, dietary advice, and health education.
